What LaunchIndex collects
The public directory does not currently require an account, profile, newsletter signup, or personal information. The application may receive ordinary request data such as an IP address, browser details, requested path, and timestamp through web server and application logs.
Website data
LaunchIndex collects technical observations about publicly reachable websites, including domain names, DNS and HTTP responses, page metadata, and—when used—rendered screenshots. This data describes websites, not private areas behind authentication.
Cookies and third parties
The public pages do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Rails may use a necessary session cookie for standard application behavior. Storage and infrastructure providers may process data on behalf of the service when enabled for deployment.
Corrections and questions
If a public launch record is incorrect or should be reviewed, please contact the project operator through the channel where you received this site. We will add a dedicated correction workflow before broad public launch.
Changes to this notice
